Job Responsibilities:
1. Market & Partner Research:
- Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Research potential partners’ backgrounds, products, technical capabilities, and collaboration potential.
2. Partner Screening & Communication:
- Assist in identifying partners aligned with company strategy.
- Establish initial contact via email, phone, etc., and coordinate follow-up meetings.
3. Business Negotiation Support:
- Prepare materials for negotiations (e.g., PPTs, contract drafts).
- Participate in or support negotiations, document key points, and follow up on action items.
4. Contract & Documentation Management:
- Assist in drafting, revising, and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Maintain records of agreements, meeting minutes, contracts, and other documentation.
5. Project Tracking & Management:
- Monitor project progress, report updates and challenges to superiors.
- Assist in resolving issues to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Additional Support:
- Assist with daily tasks in the business department (e.g., data analysis, document organization).
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Marketing, or related fields. Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered; prior international education experience is a plus.
2. Language Skills:
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for emails, meetings, and negotiations. Candidates from universities ranked in the **QS World University Rankings Top 50 are preferred.
3. Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with business negotiation processes, contract law, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic data analysis skills required.
